James Pharazyn is a sheep and beef farmer and manages Motere Angus stud at Omakere in the Hawkes Bay. The farm has been in the family for over a century. In recent years, James has decided to place greater emphasis on his own health and wellbeing. In this clip he explains why he has taken up free diving, how he schedules time off the farm and how he has made a conscious effort to get more involved in local community activities, such as sheep crutching to raise funds for the local school. Keeping active and staying connected are at the heart of this farm’s success.
