A video series – prevention and recovery from common on-farm injuries.


Farmstrong has teamed up with VetSouth to produce a video series on prevention and recovery from common on-farm injuries. 

Winton physiotherapist Dennis Kelly and local teacher Mark Tree demonstrate how even the busiest farmer can fit stretches and warm-ups into their day without ever going near a gym. The exercises focus on problem areas like the lower back, shoulders, arms and wrists.
