Having A Healthy Attitude Profile

Medical doctor and healthy thinking expert Dr Tom Mullholland talks about the importance of managing your attitudes – ‘the top paddock between your ears’ – to live a happier, more productive life.  He explains how many of our default settings are examples of unhealthy thinking that only add to the pressures of farming. Managing your attitude is about recognising patterns of thinking that are unhealthy and then choosing a healthier alternative. In this clip, Tom offers examples of healthy and unhealthy thinking on the farm and advice on how to change.
